Since 2011, the Internationale Buchwissenschaftliche Gesellschaft (IBG) has annually published KODEX. The ninth volume was co-edited by Christian Benne (Copenhagen) and Carlos Spoerhase (Bielefeld) and deals with the theme of materiality and features contributions by scholars from a variety of related disciplines. Contributors include André Schüller-Zwierlein, Viola Hildebrand-Schat, Tobias Heyl, Philip Ajouri and Petra Feuerstein-Herz.
